Booklet Features & Specifications

Paper & Cardstock

  • Cover: Durable 10 pt. cardstock or 100 lb. paper for a premium feel.

  • Inside Pages: Options include 70 lb., 80 lb., 100 lb., or 10 pt. cardstock for quality and readability.

Page Count

  • Minimum of 8 pages, extending up to 72 pages including cover pages.

  • Pages are added in increments of 4 to match standard spreads.

Size Options

Choose from five standard sizes:

  • 6” x 6”

  • 5.5” x 8.5”

  • 8.5” x 5.5”

  • 8.5” x 11”

  • 12” x 12”

For custom needs, we offer fully custom-sized booklets:

  • Width: 4.5”–12”

  • Height: 5.5”–12”

The 5.5” x 8.5” option is ideal for trade shows or events—compact, cost-effective, and professional.

Creating a professional booklet is simple with MailProsUSA:

  1. Use Our Templates: Download ready-to-use templates to guide layout, bleed, and trim.

  2. Need a Custom Size? Contact our team for templates and assistance for non-standard sizes.

  3. Upload Your File: Submit your press-ready file by 6 PM PT for next-business-day printing.

  4. Customer Support: Our experts are available Monday–Friday, 6 AM–5 PM PT, and weekends for guidance.

Booklet Printing FAQs

1. What binding options are available?
We use saddle stitching, folding sheets in half and stapling along the spine for a professional and durable finish.

2. What is the page count range?

  • Minimum: 8 pages (1 spread = 4 pages)
  • Maximum: 56 inside pages for standard paper; 12 pages for 10 pt. cardstock.

3. Can I print a single booklet for review?
We require a minimum order of 100 booklets, but hard copy proofs are available to review print quality.

4. Can I order in bulk to reduce costs?
Yes, larger orders lower the cost per booklet, making them more budget-friendly.

5. Are fonts required for printing?
PDF files don’t require fonts; other formats may require font submission for accurate printing.

6. Can I review my design before printing?
Absolutely! Request a PDF proof to approve your booklet before production begins.

7. How fast can I receive my booklets?
With Next Business Day service, submit your files by 6 PM PT, and your order will be ready for pickup or shipment between 5:30–7:00 PM PT the following business day.
